How to purchase AccuMate, AccuMate Pro, OptiMate and all our other products.

• UK ORDERS: All prices exclude carriage & VAT - please add 17.5% VAT to all prices shown, including carriage costs. Carriage in the UK is normally £6.00+VAT. See notes below regarding payment.
• OTHER COUNTRIES: Please check to see if there is a distributor in your country as there are AccuMate distributors in many countries. If there is no local distributor we can ship anywhere, but remember we only stock 230V 50Hz models fitted with a UK 3-pin power plug. For other power configurations contact a distributor in an appropriate country (e.g. USA for 110V 60Hz etc.)
• EU ORDERS: Please add 17.5% VAT to all prices, unless you are registered for VAT - if so please supply your registration (TVA) number with your order to purchase net of VAT. Please ask for a carriage price.
• NON-EU COUNTRIES: Prices are as shown but exclude carriage. Please ask for a carriage price.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• DEBIT / CREDIT CARDS - We accept all major debit and credit cards - you can either Email, fax or phone the card details* through to us. Please include your full address & phone number as well as the delivery address & phone number if different. * (Credit card details required are: Card number, cardholder’s name, cardholder’s address, expiry date, issue number (for debit cards), and the last 3 digits on the signature strip).
• OTHER METHODS - Cheques, money orders, Postal Orders and bank transfers are all acceptable as long as they are in UK Pound Sterling. Please make cheques payable to Shadowfax Engineering - see address below. If you wish to send funds by bank transfer, please ask for our bank details.

• Warranty: minimum 12-month guarantee on all products. AccuMate, AccuMate Pro & OptiMate all feature 24-month warranty.
• Terms: Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, etc.
